I have included there a selection of presentations I have made at various conferences and links to some of these, as well as workshops I have conducted.

I have also included the chapters of my dissertation from 1997, since it sort-of pre-dated the popular use of the web at that stage

As you can (hopefully) see from the range of topics in my presentations and papers, my personal learning journey has covered a lot of ground from language learning and teaching, disruptive technologies, intercultural awareness and accommodation, to digital storytelling, indigenous education, e-portfolios, online doctoral teaching and supervision, effective and appropriate pedagogies for online learning and the development of a theory of learning which seems to fit with my experiences as both a distance learner and an online teacher: Ecological Constructivism.
