I have been slightly exposed to cloud computing prior to this course by means of my students. I instruct a computer applications course where my f-2-f students are required to build a PowerPoint presentation on new technology. One group choose google docs as their topic. Their demonstration was fantastic and they provided great examples of how they use google docs amoung their team members.

I realized how this Cloud computing could benefit how I manage my files. Many times I have information stored on my USB storage device and leave in my office or at home making it impossible to access the file. My storing my information online (web-based) I can eliminate this problem.
